No clue. Maybe after Q4 in June ? There is no rush since they don't need to raise cash asap.
Grandmaster89, any idea when the dual listing will take place? Thanks for your sharing....
Sellers are coming out......
I bet CEO Mr Dicky Yu regrets RTO-ing a local company. He should have gone straight to HKSE haha !!!
I guess once it dual-lists in the coming months, HKSE investors will prop up its share price to more accurate valuation.
The reason we all are grousing about with so many counters similarly.

I suppose market waiting for it to dual-list first ?
So strange - such excellent fundamentals, good growth plans, commodity industry but yet no share price appreciation ???
Ohh well, I am holding on. Let Mr Market do his magic.
So diffifult to breach $0.23......loitering around $0.22-.$.225; STI Index has reach quite high...but this stock doesn't seems to react...
Excellent fundamentals but small free float hiaz
have faith and stay patience!

so reluctant to move..... :(
Is it time to buy?

thanks...grandmaster89 for your sharing..............
Currently, I think its fair value should be around 30-35 cents (PE 10-12). If their investments (coal trading, steel plant and scrap plant) contributes positively to the Group's bottom-line, I expect the fair value to increase substantially.

Grandmaster89, what's is the fair value and your expected target price for this counter?
Thanks again.......
I think it is worthwhile to keep the stock judging by its excellent fundamentals. It will most likely exceed FY 10 profits in the following 2 financial years as its coal trading, scrap processing plant, steel processing plant and port comes online. I would expect its investments in these assets to pay off in the coming years. The Group started trading coal (shipping it from Indonesia to China and India) in December 09 and its steel processing plant will be online 2H 2010.
In terms of improving its liquidity, I think the Management will either place out a portion of their shares or issue new shares to HKSE investors when it dual-list.

Fundamentals are intact; but price movement is almost stagnant; grandmaster89, do you think it is worthwhile to keep this stock? Hope to hear your advise. Thank you in advance
Outstanding Shares (excluding treasury shares): 655,219,640
Management owns 501,661,124 shares
Shares available for public - 153,558,516
Since a small amount of its float is available to the public and institutions, it is difficult for it to move up unless it is in play.
Grandmaster89.....can u explain further what is " small free float"? Couldn't get you on this matter...thank you
Small free float hiaz
