If I am not wrong, that was true in the past but SGX have come up with some revised procedures which will automatically buy-in should there be insufficient securities for delivery since Nov 2009. This should ensure that ordinarily, there will not be naked short selling.

FYI
T+3 is for contra only which mean u buy first and sell within +3 days as contra. This is fine.
As for short selling, it is a different story, if you sell with blank share, you will need to cover it on the same day or you will be fine with penalty of S$1000.00 ++ the lost on the buy back..... if the counter halt, your trading vendor will find way to help you borrow the share at XX value interest + S$1000.00 penalty

FYI

When bad news cm, like present Z-Obee. They'll sell blank shares 2 Buy Q @ 0.225 early morning 4 e.g. & late aftnoon they'll buy back @ 0.18 late aftnoon. So they'll earn profits. If Z-Obee climb late aftnoon, they'll only loss monies. But when Z-Obee suddenly "Halt". Die liao... Cos they sell blank shares 2 other pple & w/o stocks on hand. Usually, I oso not v sure how's e punishmts like. But I heard it's v v serious case...

I doubt today will close above 19 cts.
If the gap at 17 cents still could not provide support , then it would go down to 15 cents .

If I will you.. if i dun need to money now, I will just hold it 1st. Nw cut lose no point liao.. too late since it fell quite abit.. But i also will nt avg now bec uncertain abt its dual listing status, if didnt go tru, likely will down more, if go tru, it might recover.. even if wan to avg down, at least hit 16cts then go in.. avg dw too quickly if it didnt go in fav, will be quite jialat n get stuck for long time.

both situations were the same..., shall I buy another 50 lots to average and keep until the next news break? Or better to dispose this zombie..?

waste all the money and time just to get listed in HK (not much value for the core business) instead of investing the time and money in actual business....one of the counters with all crazy speculators....up and down like roller coaster....same as China XLX from 50 plus cents surge to 90 plus cents and now back to 50 plus cents....against the "NEVER LOSE MONEY" principle....avoid.

DUAL listing is a form of DIVERSIFICATION.
When company DIVERSIFIES, it is because MANAGEMENT does NOT KNOW what they are doing.
MANAGEMENT is UNSURE of their competence.
All the PETERS have probably REACHED their LEVELS of INCOMPETENCE....
CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY DUAL LISTED in AMERICA and did MORE DAMAGE than good to its share price....

I recommend that you don't average down anymore. If there's a chance, sell off your lots cut losses. The dual listings is temporaily suspensed only. Nobody knows what's will happen next. This counter is purely for speculating, bigger risk if you continue loading. My thots. Hopes it helps
