Hi Thomas,

Thanks a lot for your info :)

as long as you have shares under your name in the central registry CPD you can sell using any broker as the share is not held by the broker but the central depository. Yes you can sell the odd lots in POEMS eventhough you normally trade with ABC. Best thing is to call them and ask them direct, the customer services boys and girls there are usually very polite (as oppose to their dealers...yukks sour and no time to talk to you, velly bzee).

This one recovered very quickly, shows that there are good support, I recall the CEO says this year is pure profit and little capex, new ships are running well, sweeping up all the south pacific fish. with fish price going up everyday, the support has its basis.

Seems a lot of rumour going on ! Cimb query the subsidary - China Fishery, regarding the Chilean earthquake, they reply no impact at all. I think same old answer regarding the earthquake last year or 2 years ago. The counter summary - sell volume completed transactions so far - 11million done. No impact for them to go catch fish - do you believe ? Ha Ha LOL.

Thanks Thomas,

Pardon my ignorance, does SGX have odd-lots trading or maybe SGX can create one for scrip-trading like the warrants/rights.

However, the commission for the broker will cost more than the amount of the odd-lots I have.

Will go for the $6 dividend.

For very small amount is not worth the hassle, my dividen is over a few lots so I opted for share.

24 shares?  how you sell the 24? Go for the cash. If you get 2400 share then may want to consider share

Pac Andes had this Scrip Dividend Scheme which provides with the option to elect to receive new shares in lieu of the cash amount of any dividend pay-out.

Now have 1lot (1000 share), entitled to 24 new shares issued @ $0.25 or $6 dividend.

Question is which is the best choice --- opt for the $6 dividend one-time, or opt for the new 24 shares issued.

Any sifu can help...

TQ.
