Its Right issue was .60. Its a good buy if you buy it at .585. Now,.61 still not that bad, but you hv to hold it till 2010 to see profit. However, looking at current market trend, it seems going up. You may buy in few for testing lah, since its not that expensive. Your choice leow.

The resort only commences opt beg 2010. 5 yrs break even, forecasted one. If cost of metals keep on rising, it may jeoperdise the funding of the project. May need to raise funds further. If England Sub business don't improve over the next few yrs, Gent see reds further. Msia, change Gov, an impending threat, don't know how, the tycoon links to the coalition Gov????
