SIAS Research starts Roxy Pacific at Buy with $0.34 target. Says developer's share price trading at huge discount to net asset value of $0.72, considering Roxy owns Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel. While stock likely to be victim of market uncertainties, with soft property sector preventing it from reaching full valuation, company's projects still selling well so far; "the long history behind Roxy implies the management has experience navigating through turbulent waters."
