Weekly and daily technical indicators (MACD, Bollinger bands, RSI,Chaikin's Oscillator) showing continued positive divergence. With palm oil prices on the upward trend: I am inclined to think that palm oil counters will start to run up sharply maybe sometime this week, esp.if the developments in the US is not as bad as anticipated. CPO prices finished up very strongly compared to its mid-day close. vested.
MORE BUY UP THAN SELL DOWN AFTER 3.30 PM. EXPECT BIG VOLUME BUY BACK/UP FROM NOW. LIKELY TO END AT .925. SHORTIST NEED TO COVER BECAUSE OF STRONG CPO PRICES!
this is a better site for CPO leh...

KUALA LUMPUR,
April 12 (Bernama) -- Share prices on Bursa Malaysia are expected to
trade higher next week with interest remaining focused on
plantation-related stocks following the higher crude palm oil (CPO)
prices recently, dealers said.
They felt that continued buying of major plantation stocks such as Sime Darby and IOI Corp will help the key index stay in positive territory next week.
"Plantation-related counters are expected to climb further on expectations that CPO prices will stay high due to supply concerns after government data showed stockpiles dropped last month," a dealer said.
On Thursday, the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) reported that CPO production rose by 5.51 percent to 1.295 million tonnes in March compared with 1.228 million tonnes in February but total palm oil stocks fell by 5.53 percent to 1.20 million tonnes in March from 1.926 million tonnes in February.

The forum topic was under Wilmar that gave me the impression that the discussion was confined to the counter Wilmar. Anyway, it's just a suggestion. If everybody feels it is a good idea, then they can start posting under this new thread. If not we can continue as before. Cheers.

It's up to you. Maybe can use this thread for more informal discussion.
Click on your link but nothing happens. What I meant is that for all the postings on Golden agri, First Resources, Wilmar, Indoagri or anything related to palm oil/palm oil counters, we consolidate under one thread?

Currently, there's a thread on palm oil for intelligent discussion here.
Is there anybody who knows how to change the forum title from Others to Palm Oil . I suspect probably have to go through administrators

Thought I start a new thread for all postings related to palm oil counters so that all postings related to these stocks can be collated together under one thread unlike now. Feel that this is more efficient for everybody. What do you think?
