Price of Metro moved up suddenly towards closing. Anticipate further upward movement tomorrow when the market opens.
move up due to fa. now nta for metro is 1.10+++.
anyway i sold to early to buy cenersave.
Moved up on heavy volume. Something up or due to TA?

KE said in its report today that Shui On IPO has lifted Metro's RNAV to S$1.15.
Metro is currently trading at a significant 30% discount to its RNAV per share of S$1.155 and the stock is backed by net cash per share of $0.40.
KE said without taking into account the availability of Section 44A tax credits, there is every chance that the group may return some of the excess cash back to shareholders via special dividend payouts.
Watch out for development in this counter. An additional point is that the Ong family has recently acquired Metro shares up to 29.97%. It is possible for a general offer to be made too. After all, Ong family will still be getting it cheap even when they offer $1.00.

As the adage goes..."SELL ON NEWS".
SOL is old news.... so the market has already factored it in. Today's move is probably based on general market sentiment.
The next move will probably be when they are about to announce divident.
