Immediate outlook: Synear is still trading within its downtrend channel. Yesterday, it
gapped lower and trading volume was heavy. We think that there could more follow
through selling in the coming days as its indicators have turned negative again. Investors
would be better off selling the stock on strength. Technical Sell at S$0.80-0.90 but as the
downside target is S$0.60.


Medium term outlook (2-6 months): The stock broke the S$1.50 support in January and
has been falling ever since. The long black candle suggests that selling pressure is still
strong. The stock could find support at S$0.50 level. Its indicators continue to weaken,
indicating that more downside beckons. The stock needs to build a strong base, probably
around the S$0.50-0.60 level before it can rally again. Investors should stand aside until
the said base formation is completed.

There is a report from Cimb, BT or somewhere I read, the support level to stable at around S$0.5 - S$0.55 !!! If you dare to short, go ahead, but if you did not gain, please do not blame me. Good Luck.
