Jade has raised $9.32m, after expenses, from placing out 133.75m new shares (approximately 13.8% of existing issued share capital) .at $0.072 each, to 3 investors:
- Jeffery Hiong Yih Peir of unlisted
- Ong Boon Kheng (who was “forced” to step down as CEO of Informatics over certain financial irregularities) taking 15m shares
- CC Asia Advantage Master Fund Ltd, a UK fund, has also agreed to subscribe for 18.75m shares
$5.4m will be used for Jade’s coal mining project in Western Sumatra. Management is confident of delivering their first off-take of 15,000-30,000 metric tons of coking coal in Q3.

If a rally seem coming. Jade will be Jade, just like Xpress....i mean it trading price will initially go up, then again. Let see more action first (Speculative) and the next Q result.

this counter is perhaps best for experienced traders only, given its wild swings.
in the words of a broker friend, "strong operators."
wld still advise newbies to stay out of this counter. rapid profits yes, but also rapid loss likely. key it exactly on techs and don't let greed get to you.
rem tho that Jade's breakouts can be very, very sudden. you need to watch the volume for cues.

It's a matter of timinn & mkt sentiment. Xpress once had gone up 0.23ct, now seem lagging settled at 11ct (half price)

It is time again. This time another new chief taking over....humm.
JADE appoints Comfort Group's former MD as new group president. Mr Sam Chong
My view is he is from Xpress, so just check how far Xpress share price has been perform ?.
JADE will be performing just like what has been for Xpress.

i think it is best not to invest in JADE
i remembered sometime back ..Xpress CEO who is now Jade President, was given the same situation in terms of pay..
and i bot their share..and i gained 300%..shiok!
VESTED heavily in this baby...wait for the herds to come in n pass to them..muhahaha

Hmm.....with close to a billion issue shares, v. difficult to chiong unless with rumors in a bull market. Just imagine, if this coy can make a few mils per yr, what will be its eps like?
this one can keep and wait long long then got use already. Need to restructure for the next 2-3 years before can see some light.

Express share has not been trading encouraging, my personnal view only: it is lagging.
Sell into strength, buy on weakness and my view is don't read too much into it
Xpress has gone up 0.005ct or about 5% to 11ct, for Jade it remain unchange at 0.075 ct
Not vested thru'out the ride, but have seen the ups and downs. Trade with care.
Express share has not been trading encouraging, my personnal view only: it is lagging.

At least now those who had caught with bulk of shares see some hope leow. But for others, most likely they will stay sideline and rush in as and when necessary.
