K1, result coming $$$119mil profit

Price rises maybe due to the reason after is it has completed ir warrant conversion. Just my tot.yahh....JJ

Pursuant to the conversion of 46,000,000 k1 Ventures Limited ("k1") warrants, k1 issued 46,000,000 new shares on 11 January 2007 thereby increasing its issued share capital from 1,925,588,003 shares to 1,971,588,003 shares and decreasing the percentage level of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited's deemed interest in k1 shares from 37.88% to 36.99%

I see this company as Singapore's  Berkshire Hathaway for long term investment.  

 

still holding. bought in at 37c before dividend so now is just nice..

was holding for 49c or 43c

Here another counter on a slow train to the next station, another stock under Temasek holding, likely to test 40c again B4 deciding...next Stn.

 

ya, i was shocked to see the closing price as it was at 35.5c or 36c then The big boys r those foreign funds buying into Singapore equity bcos of its relative cheap valuations and cash hoard. Just my 37c opinion.

 

After trade buy up at 37cts ...1,792 lots....1 transaction...big boys involved.

 

Closed at 37c !!! up 8.8% (very nice sounding number). I remember Cashiertan used to cover this stock... any comments, Cashiertan?

 

Maybe they finalised deal on sale of 5% stake of Good Technology to Motorola?

 

36.5c now! no news is good news?

 

Looks like this counter is beginning to wake up.

I think next resistance would be 38c then 42c.....just my guess!

 

my Indicator is pointing 49c. if i minus off 6 cents, it will be 0.43. so i am expecting min 0.43 if nothing goes wrong. nevertheless, my indicator is only 60% accuracy so far..
