Agreed. Today's black candle is appearing on most counters due to market sentiment and has nothing to do with the fundamentals of the giant shipyard.
To add to the TA the fundamentals of the company is very strong..
take note that its second shipyard due to be completed later this year is much bigger than their current one and this will signficantly boost their capacity and enable them to add on to their order books without stretching them..
I foresee a strong growth for the company..as Merrill Lynch indicated in their report they rate YZ as a hypergrowth company..
I am going to ride out the current volatility..see potential long term growth in the mould of cosco..in fact i think they can do better than them..
umm.. with due respect DnApeh let me just say two things regarding ur recent comment..
1). An upside gap two crow is a bearish indicator which have to fulfill the following criterias
- 1st day is a long white day.
- 2nd day is black and gaps above the 1st day.
- 3rd day is black and opens above and engulfs the 2nd day.
- 3rd day closes above the close of the 1st day.
In the case of Yangjiziang criteria 1 is fulfilled..and so is criteria 2 but criteria 3 and 4 are not..
YZ opens below day 2 at 1.85 and it doesnt engulf day 2 hence criteria 3 not fulfilled
3rd day closing of YZ is NOT above the close of 1st day..its the same and hence criteria 4 not fulfilled also
2). TA in this case will be inappropriate due to the short duration of graph available and over erratic volume which I believe will lead to an inaccurate TA..furthermore todays drop in price can be attributed to three things i believe which is 1).the comments by greenspan and YZ is a china related stock 2). market sentiment and 3). covering of gap created yesterday between 1.75(closing 22/05) and 1.90(opening 23/05)
Just sharing my opinions and interpretations..no hard feelings..we r all sharing after all.. :)

This stock's behaviour and pattern looks like China Fishery. Very aggressive in upward
movement. In no time, it's gonna hit a few dollars if it continue it upward momentum.
