well, news of Chartered going private is very new to me i must say.
In fact, i'm kinda thinking that its just the work of speculators trying to push up the price to take profit. After all, Mdm Ho was the one that caused Chartered to fall by the wayside. Trying to right her wrong??? i doubt so...

hey peeps... since there are still so many people hungry for knowledge. it is possible that we invite some FA or TA gurus to give an indepth lesson?
kovan8, I think it is better if you start the thread. Mainly because I don't have anything to contribute for the ebooks.
I am thinking if there is any free site for forumers to just upload and download themselves, instead of keeping you busy emailing them always. but as what you said, it may also infringe the copyright.

The Internet really eroded much profit... like books...
But a bigger impact may be in free phone calls ... think Skype...
i like ebook coz all i do is print 20pages each time and read it at work at home and in mrt. if i buy whole book it's heavy and not as mobile as A4
sending ebooks by email is ok, as it's not mass circulation, and if via gmail it's possible to handle the huge file too.
