Beyonics Technology was up as much as 6.3 percent to a one-year high of S$0.425, on talk that the contract electronics maker is a takeover target, said dealers. One dealer at a local stock broker said Sunningdale Technology Ltd, a plastic parts maker run by Koh Boon Hwee, was speculated as a possible buyer.

Base on the abovementioned and the trading volumes today, it looks very sound like go on private.
I wonder with such a high trading volumes, why SGX never query.
No insider news who dare to buy.......dead stocks for almost 2 years even is in the Bull run.

perhaps, it might be related to the report issued by DBSV yesterday on tech sector. read also Master Zhuge's post on Other/tech sector.
Hi taybc, 7MA and 14MA changes too fast for any large wave to form. So I use 13MA and 34MA which i find them very effective in a bull market. A very good stock seldom falls below 13 MA and a good stock seldom falls below 34MA.

Its volumes are inconsistent and relatively low. TA will not be accurate for this. Trend-wise, its pretty hard to tell now.

It is a good stock with fundamentals. Profit shrinked per quarter basis. NTA is higher than the current trading price. Broking houses did not give good report on this counter. This counter moved when people buy for good value based on dividend and NTA. Traders are not interested in this stock. Volume is always less than 1000 lots traded per day. Remember to enter for long term rather than short term basis. Price will move when the volume pick-up otherwise 1-2cts movement for the whole week.

AD chart still flat. 13MA looks like going to cut 34MA from below. Wait 1 or 2 days to confirm. If it happens, then it may reach 43c.

yeah, my colleague told me he got dividends of this counter last night, 28 lots, SGD 700 dividend.. hmm... but he bought it at average price of 0.45++.. I never saw this counter before.. I should put that into my watchlist...
