i think resistance is at 11c. Should hold as this is the start of an uptrend. Accumulation is done around 9 to 9.5c. Company has been rasing funds from Pacific Capital for $10m.

I think that penny stocks are very susceptible to manipulation and speculation because they are so cheap. The ones that are particularly vulnerable are those low volume ones.
Even if there is a good announcement on SGX, most investors will be too late to catch the uptrend.
