i did not buy mothershare but i got the rights..now waiting to convert to mothershare..Smiley hope this counter can cheong somemore...any reasons for the spike today?

Sigh...  this is one of the frustration when we are looking at shares. 

Who did not meet the followings?

Kepcorp 3.35, Kepland 0.7, SPC 1.77, Kep T T 0.68, DBS 6.4, just list a few recent low...

So it is interesting to play share. But one must decide somehow to act or choose to wait.

by the way hindsight is always correct. but very often it does not help much.

I disagree. I suspect that sale of SPC was due to other reasons which I cannot say here

Sell oil to petrochina and chinese govt passes mega projects to kepland and kepcorp. Mutualism works this way . I wont be suprised by some big news in a few week times. Sweet! 18 cts rise. The PE for Kepland is still abt 4 to 5. Nowhere near Capitaland n Yanlord(I think should already be abt 14 times). Way to go!

I'm keeping. To me, lately a lot of surprises like capland, spc etc. Betting on this one.
Anyway, if falls by 10%++,  will decide later. Now quite stable.

They had just called rights ==> will use money for something? What then? Maybe something good for future business. So i'm keeping.

Also, CIMB reported market might hit 2600++ next yr.... so property will benefit in the recovery.

yes I think this counter will go down for a while because of the dilutive effect of the rights issue. But I think the long term fundamentals are still strong, but i think must keep for a few years to reach it's full potential. One potential risk is it it's parent keppel corp will divest kepland

I think price will go down.. investors will take this chance to make profit first..

Haha, with everything so expensive right now I really wish you are right and Keppel Land will plunge again so I can BUY. Now really no idea wat to enter into...

Good... looks like channel broken, it is on the way up finally. the dust created on the XD day with wild swings should have more or less settled after these few days and we should see this stock catch up with Capitaland soon. No reason why all other ppty counters trading above RNAV and only Kepland trading so much below.

i am optimistic that KepLand will move up too. Look at the other property plays eg Capland, it is trading at 3.25 now, which represents 96% of its estimated RNAV.

Kepland's estimated RNAV is $2.40, and at $2, it is only 83.3% or trading at a discount of 17%. Given the improved sentiments for the property market and the fact that Kepland has just done its rights issue, I don't see much more downside to this stock. Should see a catch up with other property counters once the dust settles. Vested and looking to buy more at this price.

Nice, above 2 now. Reminds me of Capitaland this stock. In fact has a high greater than Capitaland. Bought at 2 for Capland that time, sold too early, made $ but not very pleased with myself. Let's see wat this stock can do past June. Yo Kensonic, hope u still in this too! Cheers!

So fast? I have a feeling that this stock will behave like Capitaland. It dropped to 1.70 after the rights issue but cheong back up to 3 plus n hasn't looked back. That was at the beginning of the year. Sentiments seem to be holding better rest of the year with a few dips along the way likely. Anyway, I'll be holding mine till at least $6. I think they value at 1.35. So scrip is still better. Anyway, not a lot. I opt for scrip. Will collect more for $6 in future.

I receive the letter too.going for the cash. This counter will hover around $1.50 once the rights are over. Price will  be back to before the recent rally started. Rem...property mart not recover yet.
