in the old accounting rule they can put in the unsold apartment/property using forecasted price(s) and report higher profit, but under the new acc rule.... they cannot account these as profits ? cogs is also going higher ?
should be going lower....than expectation ?
can try shorting..... but my fingers are telling..... better do other things than taking a risk.....

bought them at 3.67....

Imo DBS has been shedding alot since 2 days ago, given that it is still pending cd status. Imagine what will become of it on xd.

here is the report...it says it accounts for 19% of ocbc earnings...
so it should boost ocbc's earnings also?
