Haha.. Disclaimer is only the formality ... As I am not the stock analyst , not supposed to advise , I am giving my point of view . I have been benefited from a few occasions similar to this scenerio, whereby , offeror offered lower than market price and hope to garner more than 90% for delisting . Yet , finally , the stock is still listed in the market and sprung back to its fair value ...
One of the examples is Nera Tel, you could google it to find out yourself. Give yourself sometimes for it to come back to its fair value.
This counter has been in my watchlist , but have never go in until recent opportunity such as this arises....
I noticed it was fluctuating within a few cents . I am going in again if it drops further to my targeted/analysed price. And I will be going in big time.....

Looking back at my Biosensors, it was falling from 1.6 all the way to 1.2 hovering around 1.2 - 1.24 and then free fall all the way to almost 1
All weak holder got panic and frustrated and then co buy back taking about 3 weeks to consolidated and then it just chiong all the way non stop till what it is today 1.345 ..
To be able to chiong from 1 to 1.345 very impressive .... all in all Biosensors took about 5 months ... last year and this year chiong since Jan 2013 ...
I firmly believe STXOSV will do the same because it has good fundemental and many good analyst report ...
I guess we need to watch closely and be patient, won't take too long from now ...

Must wait until Fincantieri's offer of 1.22 deadline is over. All minority should discard the offer letter so that they cannot achieve 90%
in order to keep STX OSV listed.

yupz for this counter, i always tell myself to be patient.. nowadays, patience is a rare commodity.. haha..
Be positive, BBs will not miss this chance to make money ..... they are just taking their time
What kind of play? Need very strong and good news to drive this up. Current situation I can't see any retail or BBs entering big in this counter. And ppl are selling due to frustrations

Hopless....
Bought 10 lots at 1.62 and avearged at 1.39 with another 10 lots. I must be VERY VERY PATIENT.
Any chance of the counter being delisted?
Clear the weak holders for better play... What price are you stuck at serawee?
Hi guys, I am new here. Found this forum as i became worried sick upon hearing the news of this company being bought over end of last year and was searching the net for any hint of what's going to happen with my shares!
I'm so glad that there are optimistic hopeful people here. Whenever i see the share price go down, i will come here and hope to find encouraging posts. :)

Thanks for the info below... For those who own the shares now, it is good to hold . i do believe it will go up . For those who still have bullets can try to load more
I noticed a lot of sellers are disposing it in one lot or a few lots quantum in the range of 1.280 and 1.285 for the last 2 days . This show that these are the investors who are not aware of the true value of this stock. Once this group of investors has finally 'exhausted" , you will start to see the stock to climb and reach its fair value gradually.
I noticed the same phenomena happened for Nera Tel.........
That's right... Need to be patient to wait for it to bear fruit..

OSV at mid-cycle to resume recovery in 2013
The global OSV sector has clearly emerged from the bottom. However, its recovery has appeared to hit a snag in 2012, after 2-3 years of steady improvements.
Even though 2012 did not meet expectations after a good 2011, we can expect the OSV recovery to resume its trajectory in 2013, alongside increased rig activity. Specifically, we are positive on high-end AHTS and subsea construction vessels .....
Among OSV-builders, STX OSV should benefit from an uptick in the high-end AHTS newbuild cycle and continued demand for subsea assets, though partially
offset by surplus PSVs. However, in the near term there is some uncertainty from recent ownership changes.....which we can rather apprehensive and wishing it will get settle soonest possible ....
As the dust settles, the share price will be better aligned with the company’s fundamentals.
Hope this is hopeful to all the investors who are holding to STXOSV....

Stocks is not so simple to play.
The nature of the stock market is such that after you have bought, it goes down...
And after you have sold, it goes up...
This has been happening for a hundred year or more... lol...
