I just short half of my baby yesterday and earn some coffee money, now planning to short the other half to cutting lost as I got some bough at high price. I will find another good chance to go in again if the price is drop in the future. HAPPY TRADING.
yeah me too their UK really killing them or Genting sure make money. shit loss on this counter haiz.

covered short at 0.98 den now trying again to short it at 0.985 but dunno if can...cause one lotter but seem to stop liao

yes although genting booked net profit of 81.8 mil and it sound good, but the weaken on UK business is impact to the company, and this having the big impact to the company.

Watch out! Although the price goes up this morning, it may be dumped heavily later today. Somebody must have big lost and lure some retail buyers to go in to recover their big losses!!! Ask yourself, what else good news after this Q1 report? Nowadays, everyone try to cash out from stock market in recent Euro financial crisis and that's why gold price go high! Cool down and be realistic!

I think it still have profit of >80M. The lost is actually depreciation (in paper). Happy trading.
lol different ppl different strategies. previously the news said that the uk government wants to tighten up their budget to overcome their billions deficit.
i see this as a negative news for genting. but still.. hope for the best. = )

unfortunately it is not only their singapore operation that is taken into consideration. do u realise that its the UK that is seriously killing them??? unless they sell the casino in UK i think Q2 will still post loss.

lol.. i think tmr sure got a lot of gan jiong spider sure offload genting shares. i feel for this kind of share like genting, shouldn't look for short term profit. anyway i will still keep on holding.
1 more mth to end of Q2. dont know why i just have faith in genting. buying the genting share is like buying share of sentosa that kinda feel.
So hang on, all the disappointed genting investors!

thanks, and as i posted b4, i have 10 lots avg 0.925 left now, will only sell them when px hit 1.3. If the px drops below 0.80 and will buy more to accumulate.
I have faith in genting sp, and im a long term investor. ahahhah
