No, you have to understand that the container vessels, bulk carriers and other transportation vessels are over supply in the market. Unless the idling rate which is about 7 to 9 % now is clear, otherwise, shipbuilders like YangZhiJiang will suffer coming years, you can count how many vessels were ordered so far in this year, it is very less. Container lines are working different way by idling the vessel and push the freight rate up, so it will have big impact to them if the capacity of container is increased.
Cosco has too many business units which include, ship building, bulk carrier shipping, container shipping and etc. Bulk carrier shipping business is quite bad actually now. Now they are focusing on offshore vessel construction in their ship building, let's see how much market share he can take from korea and keppel and sembmar shipyard.
So, the news has very direct impact to container lines like NOL but with minimum impact to cosco and not impact to YJZ, unless the overcapacity of the vessel is resolved and idling rate drop below 3%.

Close at 1.16 up 5.5%, a huge jump, but it is still within the accummulation range.
The accumulation is very obvious on chart from 5 Sept till 17 sept, big accummulation from 1.07 to 1.17. After that NOL moving to price pressing accumulation from 1.17 till 1.1 about a month. Today big buy up since the selling is very dry when hitting to 1.09 to 1.115 level. I didn't know if it would press down further when I called buy but after justifying with the 3Q result announcement is approaching. I decided to go in and make a buy call here at 1.105 since it was not an expensive price to go in even loss a bit later.
So Paper Trader, did you really know how to read chart? Even you knew, you also will not be able to judge a timing because, you don't follow up news and market trend since you never know when 3Q result will be released. You are just blindly using your chart analysis and act very good in chart reading.
I am not expert but I pui you, a paper trader. Even tomorrow is profit taking, it won't go down a lot, next rally will be coming soon since BB accummulation price is 1.07 to 1.17 and average price is about 1.13.
Maybe tmr morning drop due to profit taking.
Some news we don't know may be known by some BB. They really pump in a lot of money to buy up. Will not be end so early. Hold tight, don't any how sell
