Maybe the Bahrainian sheiks are now pleased with the OSIM therapeutic chairs in their palaces and thus buy a few thousand more for their friends.

This line (health machines) is highly competitive too.

As we've seen, not even OSIM's coveted presence in the world's most prestigious dept store Harrods and also in the rich Arabian land of Bahrain has help lift this stock a tiny cent , but instead sent it reeling down to today's price.

But there's one attractive thing about OSIM's iGallop machine which, when we ride it in the privacy of our home. We will get an idea of the feeling like being in the stock market... coz it's got that rodeo-like bounce, sideways push, and delightful up-and-down nudges that's really like what we're subjected to when we're investing in the stock market... truly  an innovative invention... :)

hey, ok TA people beware. Backtests show that no indicators are sufficiently accurate enough for osim. meaning difficult to call support or resistant level. Closest is the RSI. so caveat emptor.

it's dropping 'cos of bad china imitations of their products, which has given osim a bad name in china currently. And since they're a 'lifestyle' industry, it's very much on image; which is why FA people don't like to call on it either. i don't know how they'll extricate themselves from this situation really.

The iGallop may be a good thing to buy for middle-aged or semi-elderly (50-60) people to 'workout' and optimize their overall sense of balance without sweating, since it's  a much like a gentle rodeo-type 'exerciser'. Of course, supervision during use would be preferable.

Looks like the bear is riding the bull like an iGallop on this counter... It hardly moved even on favourable mention recently in news.

Despite the news of Osim's getting a a place at the prestigious Harrods and also entering the Arabian market in Bahrain with it's iProducts, it's price dipped a bit.

Sharp price change may occur for Osim... but direction of change is uncertain. Wait a few days. Also... volumes are really lousy for this counter...

Using the below case to reiterate my point that brand do matters at times, even when barrier of entry is low. I believe u must be aware that brand like YuRenSheng, OSIM, etc have stand out in the latest Brand award...

Fundementally sound company shd be able to handle shock wave. If you have bought some during the 19% dropped ($1.55) 2 Friday ago, this counter have slowly recover to $1.69.  As 4th Qtr is normally a strong qtr for product sales, we can expect better result fm this Grp than the last qtr.

FA do provide certain level of safety net, do not nelgect it totally but performance of counter often depends more than this... therefore you have to seriously know what you are buying, like doing a business else you luck may run out one day.

aya...OSIM mkt share will diminish wan lah for sure...got brand like OTO and OTN...etc in the market competition dont think itself the BRAND is worth much with profits starting to fall..so many branches internationally doesn't warranty u hv quality mkt share...anyone can just come in the mkt...barrier of entry is rather low leh....
