Must be officially approved by SGX and the relevant authorities in Malaysia, but it is almost a done deal 99%.  The worst-case scenario is  variation to the terms of the agreement  when the minorities are disadvantaged.

Burong, hasn't the deal been sealed? I a bit confused here?

I wish that after the deal is sealed, Johor Royal Family should seriously consider to inject its billions dollar worth of a small jungle next to Botanic Garden into Rowsley for redevelopment into a small city within City............by being willing to share the stake in the land with the Singapore public and GLCs via Rowsley, it will definitely pave the way for an eventual approval of a redevelopment which can realise many more folds than holding the land itself.  Maybe PL can play a positive role here for the interest of all.  |

Professional my foot!
Were you already in the market to know how Albie Hong made a killing in L & M?
I choose to ignore your HDB question for it's totally irrelevant!

Again, knowledge gap and simplistic thinking....WE amd Rowsley are different animals and RSP is a professional firm leverages on knowledge and not trading nor commerce......and so the thinking and behaviour of professionals are different......this deal allows professionals to monetise their toll after many years when they retire, unlike an unlisted professional practices.
My question on hdb is a just a bait, and only expect response  on what-if scenarios. |

Care to share how A Hong made a killing in L & M?

Professionals or not-Every one wants to make profits-P.L also make millions out of Raffles Town Club..5000members verses actual > 19000 members.P.L seems lucky most of the time, this time Rowsley is likley to succeed.

Rumours that Albert Hong 78 year old is in poor health, chairman of RSP Architect..Rowsley is in midst of taking over and some land in Malaysia's Iskander region..rumour quashed..Rowsley on uptrend again

It had already happened to WE Holdings recently when they pushed it up to 0.20c and did a huge  placement out at 0.05c.
The recipients managed to borrow WE shares and shorted it down to 0.06c in five trading sessions and made a huge killing.
Never say never |

First, the vendors have not received their shares, and second, would you sell your hdb just because it has tripled?? |
