first time in many months i see such a large buy q for stxosv ... so i assume 1.24 is the bottom liao. time to buy back some

 

this one seem pretty positive... the net income is always increasing!

 

I  don't think  SGX will  allow  offeror to change the mandatory offer price, right?

If pay high dividend, what if all investors sell to them at $1.22........not likely.....

If dividend low, all drop badly........

 

In my personal opinion, the new owner also wants to milk this baby, as they also borrow $$$ to buy this baby. They also want to have high dividends to pay for their interest payable to the banks.

Likely they do not want to delist the company, as they need to use more $$$, they also want to do what the previous owner do, give high dividends to justify their pay.

Do not be surprised by the change of trend soon.

Much as I would like. I think the chance is zero of that happening. I wouldn't be surprised if there's no dividend. My guess is last year with STX in charge they milked this company for the cash they need. The new owners have different priorities. A conspiracy theory would be if they want the stock to fall to buy out minorities why not say no dividend this year? My baseline is a small dividend nothing like last year's.
