3.3 broke....................should hit 2.8 stand-buy to grab and hold. Isolator will promote. you just hold can already.

Wind direction change.... there will be in stage of no wind..... during this stage.... you can feel the wind easily...... will be stronger than before.....
Ipco is still in uptrend at 3.4 cents. This was the previous resistance and it has now turned support. It is not clever to sell at 3.4 the support level.
