One more week to go and its getting more exciting......

I bought a can of Chang Beer to try from Aunty Lucy, 2.40 SGD per can.
Its a low end beer.
Drink it cold without iced, taste great for its price.

NOTE: I am a  NOT beer aficionado.

ya... Chances are high. N i guess the Thai maybe are already trying to negotiate with some potential player to co-bid F&N.
That time, that Thai boss secretly went to meet Henekian management also .........remember
Seems like he like to do thing quietly ha.
Let see how things go bro, cheer

Btw, F & N has gone back up to $8.94 since truce with Heineken. Very likely that TB has to offer a higher price than $8.88 for the acquisition as many analysts anticipated.
but i prefer the thai to bid fr f& n with another partner.
Or just increase it F& N share percent   will do
aiya, why care so much. N maybe the thai will pay premium to get F& N later·
N ppl purchase THbev is bc currently it already has about 29% of F& N share.
Whether it got F& N in whole. Have than look better.
Dont have current acquisition of F& N sufficient to benefit n make THbev rise
Just my sharing....

Good price!!! The price offered is so much more than what people in the stock market will buy it for. Meaning to say letting it go at an expensive price for either something with better return on equity, or buying the shares back when F& N prices drop.
Okay let's bring out him as an entity. Let's assume yourself as the major shareholder of F& N. What are the reasons you are willing to sell your stake to ThaiBeverage and TCC?
He has share allocation to him as CEO.
But he is not the owner of F& N·
Owner or major shareholder want to sell, he cant do anything also

Means if F& N takeover by TCC and ThaiBeverage did not benefit Lee Hsien Yang, why would he agree to the takeover? Chances are the price is good and the money can be put into somewhere more productive

actually yr 2nd sentence...catch no ball when u put chairman Lee Hsien Yang. Than TCC & THbev may not take over F& N???
Maybe u can elaborate.
THBev is see to be valued stock is bc of its recent acquisition of around 29% of F& N share.
Thus analyse point out that THbev valuation should be more... As ~29% of F& N profit will be down to them yearly.
Current overall acquisition even make it looks with  better prospect (although the full acquisition will be using TCC asset money).
Have to understand first bro...Than from there, u will find out more....
Cheerio & happy trading to all

1-3% out of 100% people playing in the stock market will win. Therefore the old saying goes, the rich gets richer, the poor gets poorer.
Chairman of F& N Lee Hsien Yang. People will keep thinking that ThaiBev will rally. The reason why F& N agreed to the takeover by TCC and ThaiBeverage is unknown.
I can only think of a reason for the sale of F& N which states its attractive overpriced value.
Btw got this feeling they might get a property giant to work together with them to eat F& N.
Emm maybe Capitaland that work with them b4....
Anyway...interesting....Let c how the whole things move.................
Let watch on sideline....CHEERIO.

Ha very simple. If u have been trading stock, u know that F& N share value not that high (around $4 to $6 only  ).
It surge that high only when APB deal come in.
And even higher, when THbev & TCC is buying F& N.
And that Thai already mentioned that they will not put themselves in too much debt to commit on F& N. Thus if need to fork up more, emm  not sure if they  will go forward for it. Emm maybe  they will  just wait for the share value to drop, and purchase from open market slowly.... Anything can happen.
Another possibility:
>   They will just top up some more.
> They will find a partner (Kiri/ Coca Cola, etc)  to trade together with them.
And another thing to address:
> TCC Asset is part of that Thai owner asset, using its own other company to acquire F& N, WHY? But why not, he is the 4th riches in Thailand.
He can eat whole of F& N, himself. With help from Henekian's APB deal. The sale of APB, 4million of the profit will go to the shareholder. U got read the
news? That means the aqquiring of F& N cost will reduced alot....

Anyway, happy trading.....GOOD LUCK TO ALL.
CHEERIO

If TB is only interested to acquire 30% of the stock, why have a truce with Heineken ?
If TB can easily find a partner to buy F & N, why it has to use its own subsidiary?
Does TB wish to see F & N drop to $5 - 6, when it spent so much resources & bought @ $8+?
Will Kirin easily sell the F & N shares @ $8.88 to TB if it also interested in Soft drink biz & price is not right for them?
Wish all gd luck n make $ ! Jus my tots....
