no idea. but will release during AGM i think. unloaded at 0.420. after election see again :)

Buy and keep it under your pillow, after Malaysia election may gap up to 50 cents again.

Whosever win the election , the Iskandar projects will still continue because the goverment already heavily comited to the project.

Actually i do not see whats wrong with issuing warrants. they need to raise money for their projects and also it allows us to purchase their shares at a " discount" rate. its a win win situation for both party.

 

Sorry average price is S$0.253 per lot.

 

Thoma713 - you get additional 20 shares at 0.18 cets or prepare to pay S$ 3,600 more. If your original 10 lots share price was at  0.4, then toal 30 shares would have an average price of S$3,600 + S$4,000 / 30 lots shares = 0.0253 per lot.

Alternatively you may sell the 20 lots warrant in the warant market and make the profit if the warrant price is maybe 0.36.  Profit = 0.36 - 0.18 = 0.18 x 20 lots = S$ 3,600 profit.

Am i on the right track? nybc88      ( Date: 25-Apr-2013 12:45) Posted: I don't believe it will work that way, the issue of warrants will not dilute the share price in any way but allows the investor to gain " extra profits" by offering it at a huge discount to the current price of $0.38. So assuming you bought high and you're currently holding 10 lots at $0.5, ($5000), the deal entitles you 20 lots at $0.18 ($3600) so all in all you will own 30 lots at $0.2867 ish giving you an unrealised profit of $0.0933 per share to the current price of $0.38. Hence the phrase " warrants are  sweeteners" .  Do hope I explained it right.

U can oso do trading (sell and or buy) warrant share in open market. Watch their news closely if vested.

For General infomation ONLY - Warrants share has a run out of date and can be convertble to mother share.

For eg mother share last closed of at say 0.40 cents. Ur two warrant bot at 0.18 cents mean U still see the need to spend paying the different of 40c minus 18c. The different to pay is 22 cent more per share.
