look overall lah; entire market dropping, one can't possibly expect singtel to keep going strong.
anw, it was two foreigners quietly washing and selling singtel for the past few days. (or was it one local...not sure if the name is local or foreign).
same thing as from last week: foreigners across board selling. fundamentals don't quite matter when the need is to raise money and the predominant mood is fear. tech gave the final signal to run yest/this morning, with the final bell throw down to 228.

Dont make sense. Now Starhub and Singtel same price.
I notice the gaps between the candle sticks for these two days, Look like can expect more down trend. I decided to cut my loses today of $1550 for 5 lots. Got to blame myself for been greed and buy 5 lot at $2.5. At least I can forgot about this counter and sleep well.
its foreign ex issue. as ST got 60% stake in optus.

I think 1.9 for A share, 2.5 for B share and 3.6 for C share. (C is using ATM bidding strike price).

I can't remember its IPO price. Was it $2?
Will Singtel go down again ? Today @ $2.30. I bought $3.30 Sigh...dun know when it will hit $3.30 ?
In case, current selling pressure is done. Look at the bid - ask queue & also the major US futures.
Singtel is tracking Dow & STI - forced selling & liquidation from funds of funds. However. Well positioned from spin-off with NewCo distribution infrastructure holding company related to FibreNet in Spore for Gen II internet.
Recently retrenchment in australia subsidary is the 1st sign of cost cutting measure the company is taking and not expanding... This will though boost "Profit" due to lesser operation cost but its not sustainable due to larger competition. Thus share price will see a further dip as both Singtel and Optus will see a slow down in new subscribing rates and increase in unsubscribing rates. To maintain profitability we may even see selling of non-core assets of Singtel ...
haha, no the market showed it can go even lower haha
today paper claimed that Asian market alrdy drop near the bottom line liao.
under such a volatile market, really difficult to mark TP on each stock, as All of them is at downward trend. now the question is how low is low????
As any major financial incidence break out will directly affect the market and confident level of the investors.
Now low $2.3. What is the target price?
