much as i wants to but this salesman is more interested in sales than real benefit of forumers. it irk me alot

however i know the forumers have enough intelligent thou some areadi cheated by this salesman.

hmmm. the charts are showing conflicting patterns for Olam

i see a double bottom pattern (good sign for reversal) as well as a descending triangle (bad sign : downtrending)

eldarchen, if you're talking about a shortterm scalp (as in, for tmrw), then you may have a better chance with olam. watch for resistance at 2.68; it needs to break that. caveat emptor k.

yanlord's charts are quite clear actually. not done bottoming yet. may be rangebound for a short while tho. ref to jan 9 to 21st pattern. see how it goes. rem that macros are changing.

Take it easy.... a bad boss can be quite detrimental to one's self esteem and confidence. I have had very bad experiences and I know that it takes time to bounce back.

Throughout the history of the speculative markets, one can easily find individuals who are invincible in their trading skills... but they invariably ruin themselves because their character is something eternally the same, no matter how much skills they have learned.. Thus the wisdom of the Genie stands eternally, no matter which invincible character tries to smear it.

Actually the sugar pot strategy was attempted... there's one in Tampines... another small one in AMK...

The problem is... if the other sugar pots are so much smaller... can't expect too many ants to switch pots... some ants also have no choice since they've been designated to feed off the central sugar pot.

And for certain types of sugar... it's more optimal to have all these different complementary types of sugar to congregate in the central sugar pot...

 

The MOT should have make sure that the Public transport are ok before putting up so many gantries. They talked about carrot first then stick, but in action, stick comes before carrot.

Well... it seems they want everyone to have the opportunity to OWN a car... but not necessarily the ability to pay for the usage of the car....

Imagine 10-dollar ERP rates in future just for driving out from your carpark...

Not sure how many here experience the same thing... it's getting harder and harder to find a parking lot after 10pm in your own estate even if you have paid for season parking.

Perhaps eventually when enough car owners are frustrated with the rigours of car ownership, we'll see more people switch to public transport... provided there's enough standing space on the MRT.

Perhaps SMRT looks more and more like a good divvy play haahah.

just musing on today's news on the increase in the erp entry points and the rate hike .. and at the same time they are advocating a decrease in the quota .. and decrease in the road tax ..

aiyah .. all too confusing ..or is it to confuse and gain int he confusion ...

whats the logic here .. to reduce congestion or to increase the coffers ..

what was the initial purpose of the quota system ... or is this a machinery to collect revenue ..? ..how come despite the quota the number of vehicles increased ... is a failure ? ..aiyah all too confusing ...

decrease the quota ..the coe increases and to that add the rate hike .. what do u have at the end ..?

abandon ur cars and take the public transport .. only to face the fare hike there ...alas ..where to run ..?

increased income for the coffers and increased misery for the people..?

just because no increase the past 10 years ... is this a justification ..?

and what about the cisco wardes who zoom in like the Flash ..? will they be scaled down ..or will they zoom in more to increase the coffers...

will business related vehicles be exempted from paying erp as now that the congestion will be reduced ... after all ..its the businesses that serve people on a daily basis ...

alas ... fine tune and fine tube till the knobs will fall off .. hahaha !

I think the forum moderator should ban ppl from trying to profit from the forumers. especially from those that sell useless ebooks becoz of bigger commission from these ebooks.
