Many thanks. You are partly correct. I did make some money from these counters but also lost them back quite quickly.
But big loss was with ChinaGaoxiang, and this was even before they collapsed into nothingness. So, grateful I did not follow the big collapse and managed to get some money out at around 0.34 level for that counter but still painful.
No, it's not because I lost money on these. I don't think I did. Not from these few. It's just that their business models don't add up.

Be careful when a listed company does a Reverse stock split. Historical the share price will go even LOWER after the reverse split.
There is always a pattern.
Also take a look at CitiGroup after the reverse 10-1 split. ($4.40 --> $44 --> $40 now)

I believe u got burn from this few stocks thus u very against them. Correct me if i am wrong. Next u seems looking very much on penny stock.
Don't concentrate too much on penny. My advise.

Okay, today's comment not directly linked to Raffles Education but has some bearings nevertheless.
Informatics just posted big drop in profit of -35% due to drop in student intake in China. Same page of Biz Times also reported TMC Education warns of losses this year, also due to lower student intake in China.
Hmmn, what do they all have in common ? China, Lower students intake, Education.......
Conclusion, STAY AWAY !!!

Why oh why is this stupid counter being revisited over and over again with lamenting investors/traders here?
It's been warned over and over again that this counter is worthless.
Why waste money buying this cheapo stsock that is worth close to nothing?
Any global meltdown that may happen, this kind of co will be first to turn to ashes.
Stay away from this stock.

To be clear, I am no sifu. I got burnt many time before on some of these counters so am sharing what I see as companies without substances.
At the moment my guns are on ChinaAnimalHealth. I don't follow blindly. Read several reports from investing houses and almost all recommend buy on this. Also, there is some rumbling that this is a candidate for delisting. Moving to HK. If so, they will offer at least premium to buy out all SG investors.
Also like GAR and DynaMac. GAR because results have been quite sterling and DynaMac because big boys like Keppel taking stakes in this.
GMG also I like.
Just sharing because you asked. Not saying you should follow....

stock consolidation px on 1st. April $0.78, now $0.575
still dropping. left bone only .
We are only interested to know if the earning increased. If can help earning increase, than is a good news.
If not, than no use.
Hehe Guava , u seems quite anti on some stock.....Go around shooting them down. Interested to know what good stock u buy.....
