I'm vested in BBR and i agree with hikitty that caution is impt. I guess it depends whether one is trading, investing, or hybrid strategy. I'm counting on BBR to do well in the next few years give the move into boutique property development and frequent supply of govt-related projects.

in a crazy bull market, PE is ignore by investors.
Though not all Penny Stocks are bad, you must work hard to find the good penny stocks.
at current price BBR is not attractive to me.

There are many overvalued stocks out there so it all depends on how the stock is being played. Low or high PE is irrelevant.
Depends on your risk appetite. It is now overvalued with connfirmed biz not justifying its high PE.
