well..i dun make $$ all the time also leh....last time short and licking my wounds...but over times u tend to see some pattern....and especially IPO is gd to short if they price high :P ...then again i can b wrong ! :P

The point here is dilution of per share price. If the premium is too high, the outcome is generally like this......
GPL diliution is only 16cts !!! $1.8 NAV selling at $1.96.........but there is a catch here.
The original NAV before IPO is 73cts.......After IPO it is $1.80. So because of this IPO, GPL become cash rich. Maybe a good thing....

They can't stablize forever...........almost everyday 30~40% of the float change hand.
DBS has to eat back the share issue......
Premium too high loh.....
