Did anyone check the credit ratings of the company before? To what I have gathered from my banking associates, they have problem getting loans from banks due to poor credit ratings. That's y they only have the capital market for financing. Another addition is their margin & income doesn't quantify any big company to do acquisition. It all doesn't adds up.
I don't think any investor will ram a counter 30+cents up for just 25mils fix rate note..... something more coming?
From candle stick is forming Bearish Doji pattern. signalling reverse in pattern. Ezra stock is over bought. There should some correction starting today.

Its seems this speculation is just to pry people in buying ezra shares then immediately these investors will sell off
Before taper announcement tommorrow.
it was from 0.95 when the price start flying..... I think they will announce something soon. Note issuance is nothing serious. It is just a credit facility on a fix rate and all taken up by a bank which tell that those banks are confident of Ezra. This was announced last year liao isn't it? Last year when the announce was made the share price actually went up....

Report says - Ezra up by almost 50% in 3 trade days ?
Begins from 85 cents..... ....up -- up...
So fantastic.
Took a break now...
If no real good news won't shoot up so much one ?
From (fell to) lower end of 80+ cents to hit 1.355 earlier today ....
Than goes down to 1.295 at closing.....................
Half shooting star....lol

well I guess as per normal if announce takeover price 2 than price will jumped immediate to 2 lor......
What woud happen to share price if take over news announced?
think it will test 1.4 today....
Hopefully dont produce a shooting star today.
Perhaps the deal is getting closer....
