Any idea how much it will go up?

 

Volume exceeded 10M today with 2 cents gain so far at$1.16 price.

Some foreign funds that want a foothold in asia probably continues to accumulate due to its high company yield and strong singapore dollar.

If the company has locked into higher rentals than the yield will continue to be on the uptrend.

The OIC  responsible for rental revenue will definitely have his KPI  based  on  higher rentals so rest assured that yield will trend upward

Funds managers irrespective of new new or old funds  will continue to eye this counter if they mandate high yield with exposure in properties.

Lets wait for the new big buy when prices can jump another 5 to 10 cents, but meanwhile just comfort yourslef with the dividends

Agree maybe it will stablised @1.12.Juz wait 4 divident to cover back my lost.I bought it @1.19.

Feel MIT  annual returns better than MCT...

  But base on recent  market research most office rental has gone up per psf..& industrial renting in Asia market looks good.. places like India & vietnam..
