next divi wud b on 20 or 21st july which is 1st half financial report, probably 15 or 16 cts.......just guessing hor.
There can be "no smoke without fire", something must be brewing tat u & I dun know, could it be the month end div..
Looking at the chart, tracing backward,notice tat almost always, it up on higher vol but mostly down on lower vol.

price up with higher vol
pe works out to 341/10.9 + (10.9+8) x 3 = 5.0, is tis y px went up 2day (compared 2 kepcorp)???
11 resolutions passed. Only ten $ SPC fuel vhr given. Food ah, AK Q last, took a cup of orange sq n chow liao. Teck Whye Carlsberge taste better loh.
Met Chairman in lift, he told those ard that we were supportive. Again he emphasized that keeping cash still d coy first pr. He claimed that putting up d AGM in NTUC centre, coy save 20k??? Must be inclusive of d goodies liao loh.

Notwithstanding the global economic turmoil, the SPC Group achieved a better than expected Profit after tax and minority interests (PATMI) of $55.6 million and a return on equity of 13% for the first quarter of 2009.
Revenue for 1Q 2009 decreased 46.8% from a year ago to $1.4 billion due mainly to lower oil prices. Including a provision for asset impairment charges of $43.3 million, earnings per share decreased from 19.10 cents a year ago to 10.80 cents for 1Q 2009.

With SPC having more upstream revenue does it mean its share px fluctuates with the CO price?
Ha ha, no concession for snr citizen, AK bt d tickets at 3.21 in d morning.
CO future now is green, EU market looks good, no red so far. Hope DJ tonite can put up a good show loh. Cheers.
SPC is climbing up again from 3.17 to now 3.25.
In fact, it is an opportunity for those who miss the boat earlier to board, the trend is still up.
Jump ship the next day only when reversal sign appears on chart on close, dun ever try to pre-empt the chart & try to act smart, wait till closing to decide action for the next day, otherwise u can be playout by the intraday movement, anything can happen during intraday, it may come down during intraday but pull up on close & vice-versa
Trading is never guaranteed, when it hits rock, jump ship lah, tats where cut-loss comes in.
Remember "Trading 101" rules, set cut-loss b4 enter trade. Be discipline, not emotional, trade base on your own interpretation of the charts.
Of course, different person interpret charts different, tats what moves the mkt up & down. Dyodd

Those who easily gets sea-sick by teh up & down of the tide & dare not ride the roughshod, then do not board as it is meant to shake those weak-hearted out & reward the brave who can see the trend & know when to jump boat when the signal comes. |

Markets go up & down , not up or down in straight line. Profit taking is to b expected, no need to be so alarmed. Overall, on chart, still uptrend with 13sma, 50sma, 100sma trending up & approaching the 200sma, which is the last hurdle, macd trending above the signal line.

SPC closed above its KRL on 3 April and thereafter, gained more than 9%. SPC may head
toward $3.80 if it manages to break above its recent high of $3.21. However, we would
advocate that traders shift their stop loss upwards to $3.13.

The boat is turning back to give those who missed, a second chance at the boat fare of around 3.17 to 3.21 now, but dun expect the boatman to be so kind to offer u this fare price forever, the next time he returns, he may demand u to pay higher boat fare leow unless u hope for the tides to get rough, then maybe he will offer u a lower fare, but then will u get cold feet, balls shrink, hesitate & dare not board the boat.
