the last round it went up to .185 was after the rights issues. maybe this round it's going up becos of its property business making $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$?
I am not comfortable with this company.
I don't think its bookstore business is doing well, that's why it is going into property business.
