when IR is full operation, genting share price should exceed the current price, the question is probably if one should sell first and buy later as company unlikely to show any good result within these 2 years.
Hopefully the son will be able to perform better than the father.
Or the legend will turn into the "p.."

do you know if you buy Genting IPO in malaysia, just 2 lots, (if not mistaken it is in year 1971)... and you just keep it until today... you sell this 2 lots, you get back RM 2 millions... at that time i think 2 lots is about RM 400.. you can say at that time RM 400 was big la.. etc.. but again, 2 lots now become RM 2 millions, (bonus shares, dividends, stock splits, etc)... cannot imagine the powerful of long term holdings..
so guys, this is very encouraging.. if that can work 30 years back, it shall work for another 30 years.. so, i don't mind to put 2 lots price to test this again, so, anyway, 2 lots 0.57, which is about SGD 1,000, can it be SGD 2 millions after 30 years ?! heeeee..... i don't know~
I actually made big time on this counter. Bought them since it was US$0.70 all thw way down to US$0.13 (5 for 2 rights issued) many years ago and sold most of them at above S$1. Then itchy backside, went in again to buy and subscribe the right at the exercise price of S$0.60 last year, but i guess my average cost is probably at S$0.40, so there is still room for me.
Pessimistic on this burger leow. With credit crunch and major disasters here and there around the world, that need yrs for recovering. Who still got extra $ for betting ah??? Lucky ah, had dumped 2/3 of my holding chau leow.
mm...may i ask how much u bought it? my army buddy bought this at the peak of $1 man..he still has it

Profit drop 10 folds as compared to previous. It will slip further, optimistic dropping below $0.5. No more accumulation for AK at this moment.

Now the catch is that if metal keep on increasing and couples with other unforeseen circumstance, that may leaing it to raise further extra funds. Not a good sign leh.
market sentiment is good but this counter still doesn't move, if not because of the a last minute transaction on both Wed & Fri to push it to 0.61, this will probably at 0.60 level now. with many overseas investment going on at the same time, liquid cash flow will be critical. i've "invested" heavily into the counter, just continue to pray hard that i can rely on this counter to go for early retirement.
