
today out of the 20trades done .......2sell down at 28.5cts.....2 sell down at 29cts.......the 16trades r all buy up.....hehehe........interest showing liao.......
ya..u are right.tis stock need more people to pay attention to build up the volume.cheap..cheap.jst look at hai lek ..jst ipo last year at 20cents now 46cents..different industry.. maybe we can not compare one to another,but compare to hotel n property industry tis stock is left too far behind..
but on hind sight....the market depth for this stock...is very little...all you need is alittle push...hehehe....shld reach 40cts in notime.....Rnav is 54ctsleh....any way anybody knows wat is Rnav....hehehe thks

wow!!! under value.......just found this property stock cum hospitality......EPS.....HALF YR>...2.47cts ......if everything unchange....full yr EPS at4.94......then shre price at 29cts.....PE...is only ...5.8........wah!!!! if my caculator is not wrong.......this share shld be at least...same as the rest of the property stock out in the market.....PE of at least 10......then this stok shld be close to 50cts.....and unrealise...property of 340 million to be realise between now to 2011........no wonder major share holder buying quietly...in small qty.....from the time this stock listed.....IPO bad time stock has not go above IPO price since.......hehehe......lelong...ah.......lelong..ah.....lai ah...lai ah.....
This property/hotel play seems largely undiscovered by the investing public. 1Q and2Q results have been strong, and noticed a key shareholder has recently bought a chunk of shares in open market at 29 cents. Westcomb target at 39 cents while SIAS earlier target (from 1Q result) was 37 cents. Forumers - your thoughts?

hotel cum property stock.is cheap compare to others already running up.keep an eye on it .the management dnt know how to increase the value of share holder...
Patience.. All it takes is the management to unlock the asset value of its asset, sell the hotel and u will see the price rock...Anyway it is unvalue.. The insider (the directors) keep buy up... since 20 cents . Alot of director keep buying and no selling...So relatively it is quite safe as the directors seem to be quite opmistic.. (They are in no rush to push price, still in accumulation mode for them)
Use $1 to make $3 then sell.. For now it is a laggard in the current run.. Only about 30% up... Wait

Good counter, SS buying up. However very little free float (less than 10%), dont think BB will play this counter. nonetheless still vested
