today BT reported office rentals set to rise..
yesterday DBS issued a report that SP land is UNDERVALUED!..
$7..but on low vol...
F1 is the catalyst for this baby.. n office rentals..

yo folks....juz be patience...it wil get even MORE tempting later on...i thk this burger will hit <$6 easily end of the week....plan to look LONG term after that...hee...

entire US mkt is VERY bearish now...US Fed Reserve's ass is on fire...no near water to put that down...so ? have to wait for the fire to burn out itself...then sanity will return..hee...
