Slow and steady performance....expect sudden surge when the price of its TDR is announced...hmm...$0.30plus....or $0.40plus....
Slow and steady climb today again...I expect TDRs to be priced at minimum $0.30 to $0.40 range...have not seen any priced at below NTA so far...therefore plenty of upside to come....buy and hold at minimum $0.30 if u are conservative or up to $0.45 if you are an strong believer...

This is a new listing of new shares on the Taiwan market.
The company has to balance between the new shareholders and current shareholders.
The stock to begin with has to be controlled all the way to the desired price.....prior to price fixing ie. when the underwriting takes place.
The price should actually be known internally ie as the merchant banker would have submitted the documents to the authorities which is not public information. During the price fixing period, any merchant banker worth his salt would have done their rounds to secure the preferenctial institution investors..... They would have to sell to the new investors the upside etc...........
So the strategy for this counter is simple. Buy and hold.
Seem like a certain BB controlling....the way up is slow n steady...

yes...I agree.. it will be sudden. Took position after doing my checks. hope it doesn't roar too fast though....

Got a feeling this might roar up anytime soon...
(ii) submission of application to the Taiwan authorities for the issue and listing of the
TDRs;
(iii) receipt of in-principle approval from the Taiwan authorities for the listing of the
TDRs;
(iv) signing of the Underwriting Agreement. Such announcement must include, inter
alia, the price of the New Shares and the net proceeds from the issue of the New
Shares;
(v) listing and quotation of the New Shares and the TDRs on the Exchange and
Taiwan Stock Exchange respectively; and
(vi) any other stages which the Company may deem significant by investors.
There is still implementation risk to the securing of the approval. However, the good thing is with the price movement of the stock recently. It looks like item ii is possibly on track. Each of these items that are cleared willl lead to the price gaps upwards esp if they want to raise the money as disclosed RMB300m.
If the coy does not put in the application in a timely manner, the listing will definitely lapse.
Nonetheless, this counter worth a look so bear in mind the risks

there was one trade done at .215 at almost 3 mill shares....that's really a big profit taking......c if this kind of incident will happen again or not..........

Solid closing at $0.22 today....looks like $0.30 is coming
steadily up...
Hang on tight...tis baby will shoot up without anyone notice ...
