Since the circumstances had changed , Tuan Sing failed to move up further , it turned down very fast for a correction . After hitting 39 cents twice to make top formation , it came down to 35 cents n rebounded to form a rising wedge .It broke the formation on 14Jan n reached the downside target at 32.5 cents today (17 Jan ) , this is also the pull back of Fibo's 38 % zone . This point may provide strong support to the uptrend which is still intact .

Hmm, always last min before closing shoot up... Any idea why?
I have been following and investing in this company for years, which was previously a market darling. Not even sure what the real value is, as much of the assets are in land and valuations could be subjective. I don't recall the recent BT report mentioning its substantial China based land assets, including the 163,000 sq meter land site it has in Fuzhou and apartments in Shanghai. Part of the reason for the share price languishing of late could be due to its recent lack of news worthy activity, after it purchased its Australian hotels viz Grand Hotel Group and then subsequently selling off some of the hotels, and the Katong Mall sale. With the purchase of the 2 recent land parcels in Seletar and Bukit Timah, hope to see more exciting plans from the company going forward.

Tuan Sing broke strong resistance at 25.5 cents on 22/12/10 with heavy volume .It has restrained in a long box formation since Nov 2009 . It has also formed an inverted H&S formation at the same time . The neckline of this formation is at 25.5 cents .Therefore it has not only broken out the long box formation , but also broke the neckline at 25.5 cents recently . It has reached the target which obtained from the formation at 32.5 cents on 23/12/10 . After a two days pull back , it surged with heavy volume n broke out of a flag formation . It could reach another high at 46 cents by measuring the flag pole of this flag eventually . If to get the final target by measuring the long box formation , it would be higher .

it is high. really unexpected for this counter today. buy up so fast in the afternoon and then sell equally fast.
Instead of chasing this Tuan Sing, I am buying Hong Fok. This property gem owns the IB building beside Shaw Centre. Super development in the making, with NAV far exceeding its current share price.
Better don't short as it is a greatly undervalued stock. I remember during normal time it was 60 cents and at peak it was $1

This Tuan Sing was originally recommended by Prof Shareowl. Another one, he recommended, a better one, is Hong Fok. Go and google the properties it owns in S'pore including the one beside Shaw Centre and you will be amazed.
During last 30 mins of trading, Tuan Sing suddenly shoot up...
