when there are big sellers, there have to be big buyers. so long the price did not drop much...there will always be hope that the bull is still around to charge. unfortunately, penguin cannot fly. it just waddle but can swim pretty fast if it decides to move, ie. :)

 

Take a look at SGX ANNOU. SOME subtantial shareholders unloading subtantial shares  @ 25c.

the existing shareholders of Penguin Boat will be getting shares of Penguin Shipyard as
the annoucement in SGX says.


any one have an idea what would be the minimum no of shares of Penguin Boat entitled
to Penguin Shipyard, will the Company hopefully be good even to the smallest shareholder
or might put a spanner by saying only 10 lots and above get shares?

any one want to comment also on which date will Penguin Shipyard be listed if they
heard anything from market talk.

this one seems to be taking cue from Swiber / Swissco story.
