Swissco the father is not running up leh, (down). Swiber (son) is different, it running even faster then his father, guess son in much younger and stronger. guess should target the son rather then father.

It said it is in the process of adding 13 new vessels to its present operational fleet of 14 over two years to meet growing demand. Swissco chief executive Alex Yeo told XFN in an interview that the expansion of its fleet would enable it to leverage on strong demand for anchor-handling, tug and supply (AHTS) vessels.

"The market is quite tight," Yeo said. He said the charter rates for AHTS vessels were now US$1.50-1.60 per brake horse power (BHP), or three times the rates seen 10 years ago. "I don't see rates coming down. It will pick up next year at the same kind of rates," he said.

Yeo said charter rates were likely to reach US$2.00 per BHP for certain specialized vessels. Swissco took delivery of one new vessel last week and three more are scheduled for delivery by the end of the year -- although one of these of may actually be delivered next year because of delays in building it. The company is scheduled to take delivery of seven more vessels next year and another two in 2008. Yeo said the bigger vessels of up to 4,000 BHP cost $8-9 mln and the smaller ones as little as $3.1 mln.

As well as AHTS vessels, Swissco also charters out crew boats and barges that carry pipes and other equipment out to oil rigs. At present, most of Swissco's vessels are chartered out in the spot market for short periods -- anything from a few days to a few months. But Yeo said the company aimed to balance evenly its short-term and long-term charters.

Yeo said Swissco had present or prospective customers in Indonesia and Malaysia queuing up to charter the vessels it is due to receive in the next two years.

"We are quite lucky to be in a region where oil and gas abounds," he said. He said Shell Philippines was considering either chartering or buying one of Swissco's vessels. Swissco is also looking at opportunities in India and the Middle East, he said.

Yeo said that Swissco might raise funds to buy new vessels either by borrowing or by selling equity. But he said the company had not yet decided how much money it needed or how to raise it.

"There is a need to tap the capital market, perhaps next year," he said. One of its options may be to sell some or all of its shares in 14.9%-owned associate Swiber.

Swissco's stake in Swiber is now valued at more than $40 mln, almost half of Swissco's market capitalization of $90 mln, Yeo estimates. If Swissco decides to sell all or part of its stake in Swiber, it can do so only after the moratorium on such a sale ends in May. Swissco can also borrow, because its gearing is about 0.19 times its equity.

"Our gearing is extremely low. I can still afford to gear up or [tap] the equity market," Yeo said.

my guess is resistance at 0.64/5 next is 0.72

However, my bet is it is quite hard to go abv 0.66 as it will have strong resistance at 0.64/5 if this cap is broken, the next cap will be 0.72

can enter, but must be quick to take profit and limted gain..

1st support is at 0.54,0.53 and 0.5

the risk to reward ratio is very bad. thus i will keep out.
