Singapore Press Holdings refers to its announcement on 27 May 2013 in relation to the receipt of the eligibility-to-list letter from S'pore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) in connection with the proposed initial public offering and listing of SPH REIT on the Main Board of the SGX-ST.
In response to media queries on the timing of the lodgement of the preliminary prospectus of SPH REIT with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Company said that it is continuing to monitor market conditions and will make an announcement at the appropriate time.

Overseas Union Enterprise (OUE) announced that the  Co obtained an Eligibility To List (ETL) from SGX-ST for the proposed hospitality and retail REIT.
The news is out,  came after OUE appointed Chong Kee Hiong, former CEO of The Ascott, as the CEO of OUE REIT.
Prices  and listing is estimated is in  early to mid of  July, the listing size  has not been confirmed, media reports put it between US$700 mil and US$800 mil, that will OUE REIT  IPO-ing as 3rd largest listing in S'pore after MapletreeGCC Trust and APTT Trust IPOs.
Road show, pre-marketing for REIT will begin on 10 June 2013. Among its REITs,  hospitality assets OUE announced that Mandarin Orchard S.pore and Mandarin Gallery would be injected into the REIT.
Note - OUE will be given 3 mths to list the REIT before  Eligibility To List  (ETL) expires.
OUE was suspension from trading,  on short  term, shr-holders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in shares of the company.

IHC matter - 20cts assuming only, higher ok -good, low how?. ask those IPO man..??.
100,000 HMC @@$0.115, give 8,000 IHC shr. If assuming ONLY.
IHC issue price is @20cts, means dividend of $1600 or 14% or $0.016 per share.
Very good deal to buy HMC even at $0.20. (think so) nothing is confirm

Healthway matter - when trading up -say 12c, less attractive for dividend, when trading dowm, lets say 11.5c  - more attractive on dividend
The minimum ipo pricing  maybe at play is 0.20 for IHC or slightly higher, is just my wild guess. It upto...and their BBs
