Equation Corp Limited announce that its subsidiary, Equation Resources Pte Ltd, had on 16 September 2011 entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with Hathaway Marine Pte Ltd for the sale of a vessel, the ER 301 particulars of which are set out in the Schedule hereof to the Purchaser upon the terms and subject to the conditions of the Memorandum. The Purchaser is a marine construction and engineering company, with a core business in shipbuilding. The consideration for the Proposed Disposal is at a sale price of S$2 million for the Vessel.
