Now that the BBs have gotten quite a fair bit at the 21-21.5 level ..... will be push for at least a few bids higher ?

I feel that this counter had the same problem with CSC 2weeks ago when it just got the Sand project at sentosa, many ppl still kana stuck at $0.385-$0.39, then it drop to $0.35 and slowly climbing now, I think it take some time for Ban Joo to go exceed $0.24. " Just my personal feeling"

   I know it's kinda of time consuming to explain what i've ask. But i'm trying to understand what all these mean, so in future i'll have a better idea of what's going on for other similar situation. Hope some kind soul will help to explain what all these mean, if not part of it

By then we explain to you, the share price hit 60 cents, just buy since the counter is very hot. It is like lottvision in making.

 

Can someone care to explain to me what are the following:

1) Single Tranche
2) What is NTA (Net Tangible Asset?
3) Why is the NTA per share after propose transaction lower than before propose transaction? Is it good or bad? 
4) Why the EPS after propose transaction lower than before propose transaction? Isn't EPS the higher the better?

The MOU mention that payment of purchase consideration - $0.20 for first 90,000,000 Consideration Shares and $0.40 for the remaining shares (which i suppose to be another 90,000,000 Consideration Shares to make up the $54,000,000).

What does all these mean? What is Consideration Shares?

Just grab....such vol...speaks for itself...initially just open after halt at 4pm due to forced selling as contra date was due....new base at 20 cents will cheong to at least 50 ecnts within a month...another Lottis...from 17 cents to 70 cents within month...today is at 61 cents :The 20 cents has been broken convincingly on high volume today....go for it..tmr anything<25 cents grab

 

tomorrow will go beyond 0.25 .. wait n see..
