Got feeling retail tranche of 25m shares may have better opportunities for smaller application, at least not 1m or a few m shares which is sooo...hard to get. Hope to get one lot and keep it till TP arrive, heard it's 15x over sub.. How true is this ?, may have a 30% to 45% profit to start off the block. "KiaSu" abit here, some where above a dollar to a dollar thirty cents :) Potiential upside $1.89cts. Just sharing my tot.

SINGAPORE, Feb 5 (Reuters) - CitySpring Infrastructure Trust, backed by Singapore's Temasek Holdings, has priced its initial public offer at the top end of the range at S$0.89 a share, raising about S$286 million ($187 million) for the trust, a source familiar with the deal said on Monday. City Spring had an indicative range of S$0.77 and S$0.89 a unit for its IPO, which saw strong demand from institutional investors. The offering was for a total of 321.75 million shares, including a retail tranche of around 25 million shares. CitySpring plans to expand by acquiring infrastructure assets in Asia. It currently has 100 percent of the City Gas Trust, the sole producer and retailer of town gas in Singapore, and 70 percent of SingSpring Trust, the sole supplier of desalinated water to Singapore's national water agency. Morgan Stanley managers and bookrunners. Following the initial public offering, Temasek will have a 28.5 percent stake in the trust, making it the single largest unit holder.
