Thanks be to GOD, there is a dividend i.e. Sgd. 0.002/share unit. Yield of about slightly more than 3% when the price at Sgd. 0.065! Ha. ha. ha... I would predict next year dividend at least will be tripple from now and captal gain of at least >100%.(My own prediction, believe it or not). CAVEAT EMPTOR.

I am sad to say that I agreed with Hulumas and abc2xyz that there are many things SGX should be doing to encourage a very lively Singapore stock market so as to enhance the sin spirit of this sin city.
Yea, sad when I asked my very rich friend why he chose other stock markets instead of the SGX to invest in, he put his thumb down for our Singapore market.
All of us must do something to support this market, just as Risktaker was saying to have this nationalistic spirit supporting Raffles Edu. I want to say, not just RE, but all our listed counters. OK?
