Hi elmo10,

This counter is a little erratic because its volumes are inconsistent. TA may be inaccurate. From what I see, there's higher chance of bullishness than bearishness

All indicators look positive.

Could it be a repeat of its uptrend from 4 - 18 April where it moved from about 72 c to a high of 92 c.?

Spore gal, I share your views. just hope we don't see false breakout as per last week this time around. :P

Last week was really a classic "mis-fire"...heng, I held onz....

If monday onwards, it cheong then we should put take note of this as a textbook example of how BB (big boys) plays.

Sometimes, that's how BB play..they know u entered on breakout day...then they block for T+3-5 days. After killing all contra players, they push......

FJ is a good example

Personally I would not have vested during this period due to a lack of momentum.  Last momentum buy signal was on 4/4 ending 16/4.  Volumes are weak currently.  However, if you're already vested, don't worry about it too much, counter is still upwards trending.  Technically, FJ Benjamin has hit the top of the bollinger bands and retracted from profit taking.  Note that the last buy up was made 4 days ago with small volume.  Those vested then has reached their contra due dates.  Besides, 2 million isn't an extreme volume sell down.  Keep a close monitor in case it closes below 0.8, where the current support is at.  As long as it does not trend there, you're still fine.  Good luck.

Any TA experts here to comment on today's price action.....

Spore gal, can share ur view ?

I'm confused by its action today..... went down instead of up, despite bullish engulfing, a set of indicators and f1 on friday.

Plus the results released are good, so no reason for "insider" selling before announcement (hindsight), furthermore...the past few days volumes weren't high, so don't see contra players selling because of they can't pick up.

Looking at the trades, it's even more strange...almost 2 hrs without any trades done in the afternoon....then sell down to from 0.84 to 0.83 at closing. Usually, such actions should be followed by results below expectations but clearly, this isn't the case here....   :s

Any kind experts here to advice ?

Chart look good on friday as it broke its downtrend line with RSI cutting up and resting firmly on its 14EMA support. But this morning, it went down after hitting 0.885.

Not much volume and mainly small lots.... but pls note that it is gg to release the results later, so it might be people pressing the prices down or insiders selling ahead of results.

I m not too sure about the reasons behind the drop but remain vested for now. willing to take a risk n wait for the results.....

Not a TA expert so cannot comment on charts.

Co. 3Q 07 results due today.....14 May.

If you are going for short term investment.....up to 2 months....consider the convertible FJB warrant. ...expiry on 16 July....conversion ratio 1:1 and conversion cost 45 cts.

With a gearing (Mother sh pr/Warr pr) of 2.18, you'd get a better leverage with your funds.....also, it is trading at a slight discount (0.5 to 1.5 cts) to the mother share.....refer to my earlier posts in this thread.
