BLUMONT APPEARS weak as its price has dropped by 27% to $1.45 in just 20 minutes this morning trade. looks like BLUMONT IS FALLING FAST. OVERALL MARKET IS BAD WITH DOW JONES CLOSED BELOW 15,000. IPCO WILL AFFECTED ADVERSELY. THEREFORE SELL IPCO NOW AND BUY BACK LATER BELOW $0.03c
