" Once all regulatory & necessary shareholders approvals are received the Co will reward existing shareholders with a free bonus issue of 2 warrants for every 1 existing share, each warrant with an exercise price of $0.18 per share.." The warrants normally have a shelf life of 2 years...unless one exercises the warrants into mother shares then one has to pay $180 for 1000 Rowsley shares at $0.18 per 1000 shares..correct me if I ma wrong. The above source is from Latest Share Investment book

Another way to look at for player's is, after conversion, got profit, player's may just let go...sell.

As  seller, let say.  All three lots for let say sold off  0.50c after conversion, will buyers be convince?.

If so, U pocket ton of money, they too oso think like U, then how..????.

Based on 2 years life span...each warrant is convertable to mother shr  at 0.180c (after pay up).

Concverted warrant shr can then able to trade as mother shr (so vested will hav one mother shr plus (+)  two newly converted)

At...let say mother share is trading @0.50c (50c + 0.18 x2=360 / 2) is your average trading price.

Even if it trade to say $0.50c, then less 180c x2 for warrant shr just before it went ex. Then $500 dollars, less $380 dollars.

After ex -- Rowsley after will drop a big bomb liao. to oni $0.120c (tio bo..?)

Don pay up to exercise those warrant x2, cannot play warrant shr  lohh. ( think so). Yup -U are right on track.

Isit really given free warrant x2 value at 0.180c?? really is free???., then vested bot one thousand mother shr (one lot) can pocket 180 dollars x2??.

starlene      ( Date: 16-May-2013 10:55) Posted:

The warranst-rights to exercise then we pay $0.18 if not we can just trade like shares for such warrants(given free),we don't hve to exercise then we don't pay but of course such warrants will be useless once its   normal 2 year life span is up...am I right?

Maybe wait for it to be approved and price to drop first. Then we all go in buy and still get free warrants I hope.

Just imagine who are the players willingly to gave  so much profit  (to buy), buying beyond  after ex price...(mkt price x 1  + warrant x2) = average price.

Free warrant/2, (if it's free), then (mkt price x1 + free warrant x2) =  even lower trading price after ex.

If wrong please correct my perception...Happi Trading.
