Yes, elfinchilde, I can confirm that.

It could not be value investor who saw its value and snapped up its shares just before close. Smiley

fr now on, everyday is a good bargain liao, as many lelong stuff around.

if u r still CPF payee, no issue as 10-30 yrs long term investment won't affect your immediate need.

if u hv taken your CPF, then u hv to consider liao.

Low price. Good bargain for keeping long term. Good time to buy using CPF.

You statemant is true..0.8 to 1.0 and of course, it wont go down in a straight line..up.down, down then up ..then down and down and down then repeat

This one bought 1.7 and sold 4.5 during the IR play..me thought it did not got the contract so sold it off...it go to 8.0!!!...but i did put the money to work eslewhere,,,thought return not as good if i will to stay at this counter..

Patience..the economic situation can only get worst, but of course it will; have up..but the high will not be new high and the low will overtime be new low...in other word,, i am looking at a downtrend scenario..my guess is 1600!!!..that my guess and the worse ..no gurantee..DYODD..

But if you have buy now also reasonable.only if you got deep pocket..this counter kept for long should be fine...we can never know 100% that sub 2.0 is achievable...that my guess..but if the economic situation get worse come 2009 then sub 2 for sure..and as of current it look like it..good luck.

this counter is good no worry..first to cheong when the angmo come back..

Tempted to buy just bcos it's below its NAV.  Read somewhere that property stocks historically trade between0.8 to 1.0 of book value.  Anybody wants to dispute this?

Therefore, 'cheap can be cheaper' is true. I'm not sure about sub-$2.  But sub-$3 seems possible.  Before that, according to short-term charts, there is a possible short-term rise. Smiley

Lets take it step by step... it has to hit $3 support first. Just stay tune. Oh! i forgot to mention I've bought it at ~$1 range years back and had since sold it for a profit.
